Suggestions are never acted upon until a client gets to the end of their rope and blows up, then management will act on what you suggested 6 months - 2 years ago. They pretend to listen to employee feedback. Everyone in management has a self-inflated view of themselves. It seems to help your chances of becoming management if you hang out and talk to people all day, rather than do actual work. They will work you as hard as you can until you're burnt out and will not pay you enough the whole time.Įveryone seems nice (There's a few good people here for sure) but you don't get into ,management here without being passive agressive and back biting. During the time they put on a face and tried to make improvements to it, I observed top-level executives (THat helped announce and explain values) blatantly disregarding the mission and values.
